2. Purpose of the website

The Site is a personal and professional portfolio presenting the owner's research, teaching, international activity and applied-AI engineering tools. Some tools are public demonstrations.

Unless stated otherwise, the content, texts, design and software of this Site and its app demonstrations are the property of the owner or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or exploit them without authorisation.

4. Disclaimer of liability

The AI and engineering app demonstrations are provided "as is", for demonstration and educational purposes, without warranty of any kind. Their outputs must be reviewed and validated by a qualified professional and must not be used as the sole basis for engineering, structural, financial or legal decisions. The owner accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of the demos or the Site content.

5. External links

The Site may link to third-party sites and to separately-hosted app demos. The owner is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those external resources.

6. Cookies

This Site uses only strictly necessary cookies, set by Clerk to keep you signed in when you use registration (for example session cookies such as __session and __client). These are essential for that feature and are exempt from prior consent. Usage analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) are cookieless and do not track you. Because no advertising or non-essential tracking cookies are used, no cookie-consent banner is required. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in may then not work.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
